It was easy to check in and out. The rooms are small and the bathroom is very small but everything worked perfectly and we didn´t come to Saint Petersburg to linger in the hotel all day long. It is a wonderful hotel. Service was uniformly excellent. Room was spacious, immaculate, with large closets and huge bathroom. Staff were hepfull, our room on the top floor was fairly spacious and bright but no airconditioning, our friends room on th 4th floor was tiny but had air conditioning , however weather was not too warm so A/C not essential for us .
