Nice and clean hotel, warm atmosphere (unlike the the old building that it is in, once you get inside the hotel it is much better) and most importantly ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. -

The location is awesome - a 3-minute walk from the railway station and a huge shopping mall. If you're travelling from Moscow with heavy luggage, it's your best pick. The hotel is cosy, the room itself was nice and spacious and it was clean everywhere. We were very grateful to the staff who kindly let us leave our luggage until midnight on the day we were leaving.
