  The staff is amazing, so helpful. I had asked about a nice restaurant because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary, she went through a few options until we decided on a location. She immediately made reservations for us and within 30 minutes of us getting settled in our room, there was a knock at the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne... what people say » and a note congratulating us on our anniversary from the front desk staff. Above and beyond. Bravo!!! - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good for four star Norwegian hotels but less than other four star hotels elsewhere in the world.

  We had just a weekend booking in this hotel, for the low price we got a very clean and nice room, staff was very nice and helpfull. We can recomend this hotel to everyone with a low budget....!! - Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The shop in the entrance was very useful especially being open 24 hrs.
