Friendly smart attentive, and willing members of staff from check in to
check out. Staff were the best I have known, primarily as quite chilled
and not overly formal. I simply cannot stand any place where the staff
appear subservient. Here the balance was perfect. Cleanliness 10/10.

When I checked in to this Hotel i didn't like the first room I had, I am very particular in when it comes to colors of my sorounding specially when it comes to the colors of room or colors of the curtain( some people are just like this) I called the reception right away and asked them if they could give me another room with light soroudings...5 minutes later they gave me the room that was just perfect..excellent service..no wonder I am here when I am in Oslo.

The hotel is, as the name implies, centrally-located. It's a one block walk to the Nationaltheatret train/metro station (so getting to and from OSL airport is a breeze!) You're also within easy walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions.
The room (I had a double) was quite nice, with large windows and high ceilings.
Their breakfast was also on point (definitely worth waking up for, especially given how expensive food is in Norway.)

Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.

This is n new hotel that was opened in February. In one word it was fantastic. The quality of everything from the decor, to service detail, and food were of the finest quality. The artwork was a collected and hung in almost every corner of the hotel even in the stairwells. The breakfast assortment was as extensive as one could possibly wish.

My daughter and I loved Smart Hotel! Our room was so clean and comfortable 638. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and then went to Porsgrunn. Unfortunately we didn't book for our return stay and had to book into a different hotel :( as Smart Hotel was fully booked. Loved everything about it. The reception Staff were very polite and friendly, as were the staff in the restaurant too. Incidentally the Breakfast was also very nice with a wide selection too. The standard room was small but clean and very modern. I would stay again, however perhaps invest in a slightly larger room for a well needed extra bit of space. -
