  I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. They also have a Sunday late checkout which was AMAZING and made our trip that much more pleasant. I will definitely stay there again. - Location to city centre and Centraal Station. The hotel is in a really quiet area, but is still close enough to the centre of Amsterdam, the tram stop is about five mins away or to walk would probably take avout an hour, but its only about fifteen minutes walk from the Vondlepark. As there was room available, we could keep my car at the hotel's parking lot even after we had checked out, at no additional cost. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price.

  The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.
