  The hotel staff were very friendly/lovely and very helpfull. Lovely hotel and the room was actually large. Hotel in nice area by Botanical Gardens (Horticus Botanicus) 15-20 min walk into city centre! Definately stay there again! - quiet, friendly and close to center. 2 stars but feels like 3, to say the least.

  i liked the location of the hotel. i was (and have been in the past) with the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. - It was really central, fantastic loacation.
