Amsterdam-Centrum Pet Friendly Hotels

Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions. The apartment itself was spacious and had many interesting features. - Keith

Location is excellent and within walking distance of many major attractions.It was a very pleasant surprise to find that the room and facilities were actually quite a bit more than what we expected from the online advertising. The rooms are fully modern, very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette is a real convenience. The owner provided us with excellent service, information and support. - Albert

The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality. I have no hesitation in telling people to stay there. - Michael

It feels like being at home, while being away. The staff (the owner) is very helpful and you get practically individual attention from him. Whenever you need anything, he is there. It is also sweet to have access to the kitchen at all hours of the day and night. Rooms are also kept in top shape. Bed very comfortable. - Justin

The location was fantastic - loved the windows overlooking the street! Lots to watch - even though the street is noisy, this unit is on the 3rd floor with the bedroom in back and very quiet. - Jeff

Very old world and full of personality. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Food is wonderful, not run of the mill hotel menu. Hotel is on quiet canal, although right downtown. Easy to walk around to get anywhere. - Dr.

Excellent location. This is the place to be if you are in Amsterdam.Better then Hotel, it is like having your own suite. Bedrooms are nice, washer and dryer is available inside the appartement. Walkingdistance to all the shops, but still in a very quite area. I recommendthis to everyone. - Bashar

The setup, cleanliness, friendliness and the fact there were only 2 studio apartments. Not noisy as a result. Also the availability of internet and not having to lug our laptops there was great. - Anonymous

Although check in was not until 3pm, I arrived after a long flight at 10.00am. The receptionist, I'm sorry, but I dont know his name, he always smiles and seems to be always there,asked me to make myself comfortable in the lobby whilst he sorted something out. True to his word, within 15 minutes he had sorted a room for me and 10 minutes on I was fast asleep...Thank you! - Nigel

the room - excellent, also the variety offered at breakfast. A very good hotel central for tram routes, museum quarter, and shopping at good quality shops - Rodney

The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Nancy
