  I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. They also have a Sunday late checkout which was AMAZING and made our trip that much more pleasant. I will definitely stay there again. - Location to city centre and Centraal Station.   We really loved the room. I was suprised that the facility was right on the money from your photos on line. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.
