Very friendly staff, location was perfect, located right off the Dam behind the royal palace. Very clean. You get your room key and a key to the front door so you don't have to worry if someone is at the desk....you can let yourself in, anytime! - The location is great and the staff were very helpful. The Canal House is located in a great quiet spot in the centre of Amsterdam. We could walk everything and the view over the canal was amazing!!
The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and looked brand new.
Eline and Take were great hosts and very helpful with everything.

Everything was really nice - room had new furniture and everything was nice and clean, bathroom also was very nice. The beds were huge and it was very warm in the room. Breakfast was also nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great - exactly in the centre, close to central station and to all the shops and sight seeing -
