  The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for directions and the receptionist actually took us there in his free time! Amazing! - staff were excellent . very helpful at all times .we will stay again 10/10

  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room. The hotel wasn'... what people say » t so full so they put us in a better room than we had asked for, for the same fee. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

  First of all the Staff was very helpful and kind. We took a suite, which was a great value pick compared to the other hotels, as it was festival weekend in the city. The room was very nice and clean, and the kitchen equipment were ok. We found the lobby area very beautiful. They had a nice library, pool and pingpong tables etc. Overall a very plea... what people say » sant stay, and would definately recommend especially if you are going during the NSJ-festival and looking for a nice hotel with affordable prices. - The hotel has a lot of additional facilities like billiards, ping pong, the gym, a lot of common space with couches and chairs. There is a cafe just next door where one can have a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located in a very nice and cosy area of Rotterdam. It's very close to the river Maas and to the centre. A big part Kralingen Bos is also fairly close by bike. Very good value for money.
