  The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

Beds were alright for a short stay, good enough kitchen facilities for us to cook up a couple of very tasty meals. Decent size bathroom with a good shower. Smoking was permitted which was great for us - you can request non smoking if required though. - The owner of the apartment was great! He was very helpful. The apartment was value for money.   The room and the living room were large enough for our family and very comfortable. The bed mattress was very comfortable to sleep and it was very quiet. The wifi connection was very good. The lady who cooked for us makes eggs by your request. The kitchen is available for us to cook at night so we cooked one night. Nice restauran - The Old Lady is a restored terrace on the canal in Amsterdam. We rented the apartment which is spacious, comfortable and clean. The building is very well located only minutes from the railway station and right on one of the canals. Most of the city's attractions, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts are very cooperative and an excellent breakfast was provided.
