The location is terrific! It is about a 15 minute walk with bags from the central train station and 60 feet from Dam Square. You would expect the area to be noisy but we never heard anything! And it's not a big chain hotel!

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

Bang in the middle of Amsterdam and was only a 10 minute walk from red light, 30 second walk to Dam square! Apartment was trendy, cool, modern but very homely. Most definitely the best apartment you can get at that price. Saskia (who owns the apt.) is available 24/7 - Super friendly. Location is superb!   This was our second time at this hotel and we will most definetly stay again. It is a fantastic, clean hotel. The staff are the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is right in the centre of everything and I would recommend it to everyone. We didn't have one complaint about this hotel, it is perfect. - Its location was excellent to all the tour... what people say » ist attractions. However it was in an ideal location that you were not disturbed by late night noise. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and would use it again.
