Rho is situated on the edge of Dam Square, 950 metres from Amsterdam Central Railway Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and the lobby is an impressive Art Deco-style former theatre. Our stay at the Rho Hotel was excellent and Made or trip to Amsterdam, The room was excellent size with Tv and comfiest bed ever! Shower room very clean the staff were extremely friendly and the Breakfast was outstanding. Will be staying there Next time in the Summer. Aslo the Hotel allowed us to leave our bags in a locked room after checking out, so we were free to walk about the rest of the day.

It is about a 15 minute walk with bags from the central train station and 60 feet from Dam Square. You would expect the area to be noisy but we never heard anything! And it's not a big chain hotel!. The hotel could not be in a better position for visiting all parts of the city. The staff were most helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Everyone was very apologetic.This time, the standard lamp in my room didn't work.Clearly, the room attendants don't use a checklist. Also, you need more signs directing guests to the lifts. Having to leave the key at the front desk when leaving the hotel. Also,my roommate asked for the key several times and there was no id check. Ibelieve anyone could have asked for 'room 424' and gotten the key. Thisis a problem. There should always be an id check, unless the staffmember remembers you.Twin beds too close together. yes the no smoking. but i made it smoked outside.husband fell first night in bathtub. and cracked his ribs, was told hotel not responsable. but no rubber mat or strips in tub.No A/C - the room was very hot in the early evening and there was little ventilation. there was nothing that i didnt like but i just want to mention that i stayed there for three nights and they didnt changed the covers.The noise from the street was at times a bit high, but overall the hotelwas an excellent place rto stay and a great price. no bath in the room.cost.

We proudly present our unique suites: Five spacious and quietly situated suites, tastefully and comfortably decorated. All suites have separate living- and bedrooms. Our suites have a large and cosy living room and an adjoining dining area. All suites are equipped with a complete bathroom and ideal is the separate WC.
The 2/3 persons suites have a separate bedroom with three single beds. The 4 person suites have two separate bedrooms with 2 single beds each. In addition to the modern facilities listed, all suites have a large LCD television. Relaxing after a busy day in whirling and exciting Amsterdam? Sit down on the suite's spacious balcony!

You can take the train to Central Station. From Central Station you take tram 16, 24 or 25 for 1 stop until Damsquare. The Rho Hotel is within walking distance.
