Frankly, it was the best choise I have ever made. &Quot;House of
Amstel" is very central in terms of location, you can find the
place very easily just a few minutes of walking from Dam Sqaure, it is
actually at the intersection of several busy streets such as Damrak and
Amstel ; it's called Muntplein. You can reach to Flower Markt and

We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there.
The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

We loved everything! Except the stairs. Our room was up 5 floors of
steep stairs but if you can get over that... The rest was awesome!
Extremely clean, very large, very well equipped, great bathroom, large
kitchen area, special comfy beds and very modern. Make to mistake, this
is top notch and shows the owner really cares to make you feel special.

rooms were large,well equipped,massive bed,clean,very good location,not in city centre,but just a very short tram ride away.the location is very good.owners were brilliant and after a quick welcome,left us in total peace.i cannot recommend this place highly enough.a place you will love instead of having to stay in busy noisy hotels,and comparable in price

The location which was quiet, the breakfasts were great, the bed was large and very compfortable,the coffee maker, the cleanliness of the place the most important of all to us.
The weather was so cold and awfull for our trip, we spent a lot of time on the boat, it was warm, there were hundreds of good DVDs so we watched loads, and fed the swans, and ducks through the open window!
