The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we would need, the fact that we had a separate toilet and shower was very good. People could get ready for the day quicker this way.

Very large 3 bedroom apartment for the price of two hotel rooms. Very
large living room with flat screen tv and dvd player. Clean and modern
with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to
a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee
packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to
supply your own detergent. Helpful manager when he is there. Good
location close to shopping, restaurants, flea markets, canal boats.

I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us. We had ample space and felt instantly comfortable in the cool, trendy apartment. Kiki and Chris were helpful and friendly... I have already recommended their apartment to friends and family, and I would happily return if I visit the city again!

Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on.
High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc.

I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.
