  Five star service in a clean, warm comfortable hotel. All the staff where great and I have never had a room in any hotel of any level where the maid folded clothes, put them away, put the cap back on my razor etc - The facilities provided were excellent. The hotel was close to the Venue RAI Conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  It a was very, very clean hotel and we had a fantastic room at the front on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony. Breakfast was lovely and didnt have to get up too early as it didnt finish until 11am!   Indeed my family truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel. All your staff have been wonderful during our stay there. I would like to especially commend Lisa for helping arrange our tour in Amsterdam. She was nice and efficient in checking us in in an instance as the rooms are all ready and check in packets are all ready at the time of our arrival. O... what people say » n the last day Priscilla checked us out and helped get a taxi for us early. Unfortunately the taxi company messed up and was very late and brought a - - Ideal location. Going on an evening stroll amongst some of the most beautiful canals ever created, you'll find yourself amid some of the most intriguing sites Amsterdam has to offer (Ann Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Dam Square...). At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist.   The rooms where modern and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and can speak English. - Hotel is still not 100% ready for its guests - sauna etc but staff were excellent. I have recommended it already.
