all reviews » Friendliness. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. It was conveniently situated for trams and trains and for easy access to Schipol airport. The neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant and as a woman travelling solo I felt very safe walking around on my own.Good size room. Quiet leafy suburb an easy tram ride into the centre of Amsterdam. Really handy for the airport. Friendly staff, quite location but not too far from the city center. Allaround a really nice hotel.The location is good and the rooms are great. Wish the prices were a bit lower. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere, practicle location (close to motorways and center), good alternative for the larger hotels, attractive rates. clean and quiet place, a bit far from the city center but easily reachable by tram 5. (like 10minutes from the city center). The staff were helpful. The location was very nice: in a quiet location but not too far from the action of Amsterdam. The silence, not interupted by the noise.ambiance. Free movies in the room. Big room. Looked nice.Nitpicking,but my wife would have liked a full length mirror,and I wouldhave liked a easy chair in the room. Everytime I left the room , when I returned the room had been cleaned I never seen any mails or cleaning staff hanging around , but my room was always in mint condition .I would have no hesitation in recomending it to another colleague, I do have one issue is the price for the breakfast 15.00 and the selection could have been a bit better,. The Hotel does not have a restuarant..... No. Televission system out of date. two separate duvets for the double room, I would have prefered a big one!. Everything was good, except one of their staff (male) not really polite/less helpful when answering the customer queries. internet system. Never before have I experienced a 4*star graded hotel with such a small room, tiny bed and no mini bar!. Cold bath, far from downtown Amsterdam. If there even was available the coffee prices was surreal.too many noise from the nearest rooms/bathrooms. No accustic isolation.
