  My husband and I had a lovely time. The staff was so friendly and theroom was cute, clean and tidy. The location is quiet and still close tothe centre. We loved having air conditioning! We also asked thereception if they could wake us up at 6.00 am on the morning we had toleave, and the receptionist (friendly guy!!!) very kindly, knocked onour door... what people say » at 6.00 am spot on!!   A very nice place to stay with friendly and especially helpful staff. Breakfast is good, the place is spotless, and it is to very close to the sights, and the train station. Since it is a docked boat it is also very quiet. Don't forget it is a boat cabin what you will get. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix.
