  Although check in was not until 3pm, I arrived after a long flight at 10.00am. The receptionist, I'm sorry, but I dont know his name, he always smiles and seems to be always there,asked me to make myself comfortable in the lobby whilst he sorted something out. True to his word, within 15 minutes he had sorted a room for me and 10 minutes on I was ... what people say » fast asleep...Thank you! - The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful at all times. Theactual hotel is very chic, and the hotel is so central it is only a veryshort walk from Amsterdam Central Station. We had a thoroughly enjoyablestay. We will definitely return.

  This is probably the most impressive Bed&Breakfast that we have ever stayed in European countries. At beginning it may appear to be a common cheap and dirty small hotel in downtown. But if you walk up the stairs to the top floor of the old building (Goran was very kind to help with the luggage), you will find a unique, stylish premise which is... what people say » so different from all the other B&B or small hotels. There are two rooms and we stayed in the one closer to the pantry. The room itself is larger - First of all, when we arrived, Goran (the manager) was waiting for us. He explained everything, gave tips of places to visit the city, showed the whole house and its facilities. I could feel immediately the level of care and love he put even in the smallest details... The location is perfect, less then 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and very cousy. Goran was everyday there to clean, do the beds, fill the fridge, coffee etc... it was more effic

  This was our second time at this hotel and we will most definetly stay again. It is a fantastic, clean hotel. The staff are the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is right in the centre of everything and I would recommend it to everyone. We didn't have one complaint about this hotel, it is perfect. - Its location was excellent to all the tour... what people say » ist attractions. However it was in an ideal location that you were not disturbed by late night noise. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and would use it again.

  I thought the apartment was great !! it was big and most importantly itwas very clean!!! Also the staff were very nice and the place was veryprofessional !!
