  I read about this hotel from Wall Paper. As a close follower of the publication, as well as being obsessed with design hotels, when Wall Paper rates it as one of the best new location in 2012, it became my primer task to check it out, hence, when the opportunity came, I checked into this hotel without a heart beat. I think for all the design hotel... what people say » magnets, it has all the right elements: old music school converted into modern design hotel, all the designer furnitures and culinary, good variety o - The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The building itself is spectacular - the architectural design and merging of old and new to create a dynamic lifestyle experience with the comfort of the new and the charm and character of the old. The hotel is its own little idealized universe with good food, fabulous shops and a beautiful spa/pool/gym that offers yoga, pilates and other exercise classes daily. I couldn't recommend the

  I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. They also have a Sunday late checkout which was AMAZING and made our trip that much more pleasant. I will definitely stay there again. - Location to city centre and Centraal Station.   This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room. A large window for natural light and many mirrors and wardrobe space, room cleaned... what people say » and fresh towels every day. Food was great and buffet breakfast too. Sauna was fantastic as was the swimming pool. Hotel was a two-minute walk to th - I would surely recommend this hotel.   everything! the service was excellent from the time we stepped through the doors. the location is central in a beautiful residential part of amsterdam, easily accessible to all must see tourist attractions, yet located safely away a few minutes from the hubbub with beautiful views. great bar, breakfast buffet or room service, dinner for dining ... what people say » in (but who wants to/no reflection on the chef) - Everyone was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Easy to use the tram system that was not too far from the hotel. Close in proximity to where we needed to go for the Amsterdam maraton.
