My wife and I stayed at Breitner House in Mid-July...and, yes, the weather was beautiful for our stay but even if it had have poured rain for the entire weekend I think we would have been happy not to leave our fantastic suite for the 4 days!!! I don't really know where to start but here goes -

Through out my trip, this is the best place I stayed! It is like a Palace, so romantic,royal, elegant,artistic and full of good spirit and culture. it just make me say "WoW"! The room is so spacious and grand. The bathroom is also very spacious and beautiful. If you can get past the rather naff horse theme, this is a decent hotel
for the price. We paid £380 for 3 nights during (uk) half term and at
short notice which isn’t bad for Amsterdam and have no complaints.

I liked the location,it is just a two minutes walk to Leidseplein where there are many restaurants, shops of all kind... from there you can reach very easy to the other main attractions: Dam Square, Rembrandtplein, Red Light District etc. I liked the room ...we were four girls and we took the four persons room which was very big, clean and comfortable. there were free coffees, cappuccinos, tea and the staff was really friendly. we all think it was a perfect choice.
