  It was good value as I got a cheap internet rate. Just opposite the hotel is the Amsterdamme Bos which is nice if you want to strecth your legs. The bar is nice and the prices are only a little above usual Amsterdam prices. Once again though Accor Hotels have let themselves down with the telvision services.   the staff were amazing, check in is at 2.00pm but when we turned up at 6.30am asking if we could leave our bags they asked if we wanted our room now, such a wonderful thought as we were so tired - Great service by the staff. Good meal at a very fair price.

  The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.

  I was part of a group of 8 who stayed for New Year. From the firstminute we walked in to the minute we left we received nothing but firstclass service all round.   This was our second time at this hotel and we will most definetly stay again. It is a fantastic, clean hotel. The staff are the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is right in the centre of everything and I would recommend it to everyone.   Five star service in a clean, warm comfortable hotel. All the staff where great and I have never had a room in any hotel of any level where the maid folded clothes, put them away, put the cap back on my razor etc - The facilities provided were excellent. The hotel was close to the Venue RAI Conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in Amsterdam a few times and I would definately stay there again. - All the staff including the receptionist have been very nice and helpful through our stay at the France Hotel
