the rooms are lovely really comfortable and very clean good location if you don't mind walking and using the trams which are great.

Very friendly staff, from the moment we checked. Whether it be at breakfast or in the evening in the Sky Bar. Great location just a few minutes walk from the very easy to negotiate tram system. Comfortable rooms and a great place to stay!

The staff were all very friendly & welcoming to us, the room was amazing & excellent value for money, we enjoyed a lovely meal in the restraunt and drinks in the sky bar all at brilliant prices. We loved it so much we've just booked to come back again in February :)

Towels were not very soft & were Ageing :(

I loved this hotel, I cannot fault the staff (they even found me a blackberry charger in the middle of the night when mine broke, as well as paracetamol to nurse my hangover after a night at the SKYE bar). The room was beautiful, clean and the bed was amazing! The breakfast had everything you could ask for. We also used the spa from one of the deals the receptionist offered us! I highly recommend the Heman scrub at the Wellness Garden :-)

Interesting and fun hotel located between the airport and the city. Great facilities - pool, restaurant (breakfast), rooms and easy access to the tram into the city. Unexpectedly family-friendly and helpful.

Rules concerning viewing/use of the pool could have been more helpfully explained - otherwise all good...

Service in the bar area/informal restaurant was poor. We ordered dinnerand after 50 minutes it still hadn't arrived, so we cancelled the order as we were going to be late for a bus pick-up that evening.

This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room. A large window for natural light and many mirrors and wardrobe space, room cleaned and fresh towels every day. Food was great and buffet breakfast too. Sauna was fantastic as was the swimming pool. Hotel was a two-minute walk to the tram stop which can take you into Dam centre in around 10 minutes. Taxis are fairly priced (10-12 euros to get into town late at night). We hired bikes from the hotel at 16 euros which was great fun to get around the city. The SKY bar on the 10th floor was amazing. The bar staff made amazing cocktails and tapas food, the space was sleek and stylish with great music. They made my birthday weekend so special. The design and style of the hotel was 10/10 it should be a 5* hotel. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Stay here!! I was extremely impressed.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room had a lot of space, with a big shower/bath. The bed was very comfortable with very clean sheets. The food in the bar/restaurant was really nice and affordable. Breakfast had a lot of choice with everything fresh. The sky bar in the 10th floor was very cool with a good crowd and a great view. The Dj played some really nice music

Location slightly far from center but as a young couple we found it easy to walk to the tram station (about 5 minutes from the hotel) then take the tram to center (20 minutes to central station).

Very pleasant stay. The staff were most helpful and the housekeeping was first class. Easy journey on the tram into the centre of the city. Good value for a city hotel.

Not a big problem- but the glass doors in the bathroom may be rather embarassing if you are sharing with someone you don't know very well.

The hotel was fresh and hip, seemed to be full of young people ready to explore Amsterdam. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. We had a small payment issue but it was taken care of quite swiftly, which is appreciated.

The personal level of service was tremendous. When the hotel manager remembers your name and greets you daily anywhere in the hotel that is phenomenal.

I would surely recommend this hotel. It is very elegant, clean, the stuff is professional and nice and helpful.we came to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday which was a surprise for him.before our come I told the hotel stuff that this was a very important travel and occasion for us. We got the card with an birthday invitation for 2 to the sky bar for drinks-it was very nice of the hotel, cause in many other places they kept on 'forgetting' about special request, but not here!! The location of the hotel is very good-about 4km to the city centre, or 5min to the tram stop which drives regularly and takes you directly to the city in few minutes. We we're satisfied about the hotel and our stay and would sincerely recommend it!! We would love to come back some other time!

There's nothing to dislike about the hotel!! We didn't use breakfast-I don't know about quality but the price was a bit high(about 20€/pers).

Almost everything. I had a very early check-in at 7 am which is something myself was not expecting. The room, furniture, view, gym, and the pool were excellent. I would definitly stay in the hotel if ever visited Amsterdam again.

There was a problem with a faulty extractor fan in the room which meant it didn't switch off but the hotel moved us to another room and compensated us for the inconvenience when we complained.

Stayed at this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary, the room was spacious and bed was large and comfortable. Separate toilet to bathroom has the bathroom has a clear glass sliding door!! one of the better 4 star rooms we have stayed in. we used the gym and swimming pool which are both really good.

only slight negative is the location, there is a 5 mimute walk to tram stop then about 10 mins tram into city centre, not a problem for us but if difficulties in walking then it might be.

I asked for double bed when booked the room. But got 2 single beds pushed together and 2! duvets. Also i booked massage session for 30 min, but had to wait 5 min, only then go to change. So the treatment itself was way too short.

The staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The (free to use pool) was excellent. The hotel is very modern and well-thought out.

Unfortunately while we were there the a/c was broken and, as the hotel is right by a busy road AND a motorway, sleeping at night with the windows open was not an option. If it hadn't been for this there would have been no negatives at all!

The hotel was fantastic. We went for our honeymoon and the staff welcomed us with a bottle of fizz, strawberries and roses. It was a lovely touch. The swimming pool/spa was clean and relaxing too.

Great hotel, loved every minuet! Perfect for a girls weekend away. Not expensive and very stylish. We all loved it, every need was catered for without a problem!

I have to say I didn't like the fact the gym didn't give water and didn't have a weight training space with mirrors. But it was not something to complain about because the hotel was flawless in all other areas! Maybe would expect the sauna to be free but not a real negative.

what i didnt like was it was me and my husbands 5 wedding anniversery and i put a special request for a good view room and we where over looking the duel carridge way and it was very noisey
