  We picked this because of the price and because we drove up from Brussels. Parking in the inner city is very difficult.Great help from the owners beforehand and when we got there. We'll appointed, excellent facilities including a fridge full of beer & spirits. For a group of guys on a football trip this was heaven. You have to love the Dutch! ... what people say » Food was also available which you were trusted to pay for. Nice wee touches like brollys being available.I wouldn't hesitate using the apartment again - Monica and her husband were excellent hosts. The house was stocked with drinks and groceries and though it was not free I felt that the prices were fair. Location was quiet and 5 mins walk from the nearest tram which took about 20 mins to the centre of town. We were a group of 5 and everyone in the group was impressed at the value for money. We will definitely be back.

  Nice clean little city (or suburb?). Almost whole part of Holland is reachable in few hours from here by car or by train. - Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Shuttle bus service excellent.

I was most appreciatiave that the Front Desk clerk put me in a room "far from the busy lobby". I needed to fully rest up and there was no disturbance, so I slept very well.   BB Canaliscious is a great place to stay in Amsterdam, much better than a hotel. Milan & Natasha were fantastic and did everything possible to make this a great stay, including finding a secure bike parking garage for our touring bikes and lending us an extra lock. It is very close by a couple of supermarkets and a short walk to the tram stop, Vongelpark and museum area. The apartm - The owners were very helpful and kind, and carried our heavy suticases up the narrow stairs. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with a useful kitchen filled with appliances. There was a great view of the canal and it was very quiet. A few minutes walk to 2 different tram stations which made it easy to get into the city's central locations. I would recommend it to my friends.
