Well maintained and cleanliness of the hotel and it’s surroundings. An attentive and professional staff. Very good A/C, and very large beds. Free coffee in the morning.the whole hotel. All. I booked a room for 3 people, but somehow they overlooked this. When thereceptionist realised the mistake, he was extremely helpful and promptlyupgraded us to a penthouse suite, which was brilliant. The bed was verycomfortable, large flat screen tv + another in the bathroom, separateshower and a jacuzzi.

The hotel did not have the price listed that was quoted me when I was booked, but did honor it after I showed them the receipt from Bookings.com. The lady at the reception was not professonal and was very fake.Look like she was depressed and did not feel like working. Shuttle fee is an insult. This doesn't help with a weak dollar either!. was not guideded to room after checkin. On arrival, the desk staff were not able to check us into out room, but were happy to keep our bags while we went out and did other things - this was satisfactory. However, on return, we were not offered any assistance to take our bags to our room, and they had not been taken there when the room was ready - this was quite disappointing. 180 euro per night is a little steep without breakfast.Breakfast. Only the washroom has been cleaned up for the second night, the Bed has not been dressed.
