  Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   We had a short stopover in Kuala Lumpur on our way from Europe to Indonesia. We chose Moon Eleven because of its location close to the airport, good price and very good references. We simply loved this place with real home atmosphere! Jessy does also free pick up from the train station (and back). In our opinion, the k - To get a rest for a night near LCCT,Moon Eleven is convinient,cozy and much better than sleeping in airport.Landlord Nacy is very nice who can speak more than 4 kinds languages.She prepares snacks for guests and pleasure to help.In the night I stayed here,there was only 1 girl shared the room with me,I felt quiet and slept well.

  A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels.   Staff was well trained and good english speaking staff. Liked the location of the hotel as it was located outside the city. Good place to stay for honeymoon. Out of all above, I did a mistake when doing my reservation in this hotel through letsbookhotel.com. I have booked Putarjaya and KL shangri-la both on the same dates. But actually I wanted to... what people say » stay in Putarjaya. Once I came home only I realized due to some reason my cancellation for KL hasn't been gone through the system. So I called letsbo - Since our rooms were not ready on time we were offered free a la carte dinner while the very courteous and helpful staff, in particular Sven! did their best to find another suitable room for us. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!
