Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. We will surely re-staythere next time. Everything, you guys are awesome, we even left thankyou notes all over the room, we were so impressed! I would like to say a special thanks to Chitra and Ridzvan for their impeccable service, give them a raise!!!.

The complementry hotel pick up to LCC terminal is insufficient to say the least. no taxis from hotel, only shuttle or limo. For taxis had to walk to airport.A greater number of seating areas on the reception floor would be good. The transfer cost to the Low Cost Terminal is a bit expensive. the pool could be open later for transit passengers. Price!.

The hotel's newly opened check-in counter at the baggage claim area in the airport's International Arrivals Hall now adds another superb convenience when staying at Pan Pacific. While waiting for your luggage to arrive, the hotel’s airport staff will check you in, saving you more time. Please note that this facility is not available to Domestic Arrivals.

From Kuala Lumpur International Airport:
The hotel is directly accessible by foot (5 minutes) using the sky-bridge. As you exit the Arrivals Hall gate (after Customs and Immigration), turn right and follow the overhead signs for Pan Pacific Hotel.
