Only that you'll - Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. Also, on our first day we had trouble with the electrical outlets of the room, the maintenance

  1. Location ! It's super close to LRT, KTM,monorail and bus stations. U can go EVERYWhere in KL from this place. Great location makes our trip less tiring and confusing in a new place.. I love this location!! We checked in this hotel for 8 days 2. Our room was 1406 non smoking room, which is on the 14 th floor and the 15 th floor is designed for... what people say » executive suit .....Our room is clean, quiet and spacious with all the facilities.. 2 bottled water , tea bags and coffee everyday placed on the mini - Check in was no problem, rooms were reasonably sized and the tv unit was simple but good. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.

  We just spent two nights here and we wish it had been more.. Loved the room the moment we walked into it.. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly.. The romantic dinner by the plunge pool was delightful and scored perfect marks.. The welcoming-looking indoor pool was very destressing.. The bed was superbly comfortable.. The walk around - Great Place. I've spent part of my honeymoon in this place. I've really enjoyed the privacy & comfort of the villas. The staff are really friendly and amazing. The swimming pool was really nice Recommended for any short getaway vacation. Plus, It is really in a well-served area (huge mall next to it)

  We were on holiday with my sister and both rooms were upgraded from doubles to deluxe suites with fantastic views and super-fast wi-if. The staff are very professional, the food was ok and they have a well equipped gym. It is also a 2 min walk from Berjaya Times Square, 5 mins from Sungei Wang and Low Yat and about 10 mins from Pavillion, Starhill... what people say » and Fahrenheit 88. There is also a fantastic little bar across the street called Flash (big up to the owner Thomas!). - Big Hotel, 27 floors with 4 lifts. Excellent fully equiped gym of 3 Treadmills, 2 crosstrainers 3 bikes and full set of dumbells along with various specific bodypart exercise equipment. Nice pool but bit small to seriously swim. Rooms are great, big size with large windows, Stayed 814 then shifted to 1203 which was suite upgrde with seperate King bedroom off sitting room. All 4 star fittings and facilities.
