Perefect location and view.Monorail station is just few steps away. We had a very nice, clean and large room with high speed internet connection. The room was recently renovated in a modern design. Perkect selection of food for breakfast. I had an excellent stay here. This hotel is within walking distance of the Petronas Towers and KL Tower. The staff was friendly and took time to answer questions I had. The breakfast had a good variety.

No , it was an Excellent 4 star hotel . Free shuttle service was limited. I was surprised the swimming pool was so small! Some more movie channels would have been nice, and internet in the rooms should be included in the price. And while I hate to sound like a princess, a hair-dryer would also have been appreciated. But these are minor things and my overall experience was a very positive one. Allowed Late checkout with a fee but did not state clearly on the extracharges involved.- Overp[rised internet rates. The noise from the generators on the roof was a problem as the window had not been locked properly. We phoned housekeeping and an engineer arrived within 10 minutes- very efficient. The breakfast service was very poor-many uncleared tables and utter shortage of hot dishes and even of glasses and cutlery was pretty poor.Also there are huge traffic jams constantly around the hotel due ,I was told by one cabby,to a large bus terminal nearby. Having mentioned the aboved what startled me is i left to go out clubbing and came back in the wee hours of the morning. There was no guard at the main entrance yet the main door was unlocked. This raised querries about security measures the hotel has in place to bar strangers. Of course i appreciate the fact that elevators would only be accessible by the key card.feel that the shower room a bit dirty. the television reception was poor.One room was a bit worn, but repairs were handled promptly (first of two stays). Second stay: No negatives. The resteraunts in this hotel had a very limited menu, and were expensive. I would not eat there again out of choice, but only if I had to.no i liked everythings. yes , there is no smoking rooms in the hotel . you have to go out side for smoking .Reception Staff. Gloomy lighting in bedroom. Do not let them give you a room at the rear, heavy work going on dawn to dusk.
