  The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

  Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Food and drink are not cheap (but not too bad) at the hotel...a pint of beer = 50 MYR-Malay ringgit which is about $15 usd/aud each - I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

  Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :) - value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent.

  The staff were very friendly and courteous I emailed to organise car transfers to and from the airport and then car transfer to business meetings duing the week. They were very quick to respond and all transfers went smoothly. - The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. It's worth it staying here.   We booked Superior room and requested for connecting rooms but due to non availabity, the hotel staff upgraded our room without additional charge. It's close proximity to shopping, eatery and airport. My kids love the pool and bicycle which is available to guests. Almost all the time we stayed here, we got a room upgrade.   Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya. At night when we returned we found cookies :) Room cleanup... what people say » was early n well done. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.
