  Staff was very friendly and helpful. You feel like in 5 star hotel, altough the price was only like 3 star hotel. Room was nice and big. We asked if we could check out a bit later and they said it was ok, this was a really nice thing to us! There was many nice places to eat near the hotel. - the location is conveniant

  we enjoy the spa swimming pool, my 2 year-old son enjoyed it very much, and the breakfast is delicious ( even though the roti canai is not as good as INDIAN made..haha) - I like the location bayview hotel.....very near to penang town...and i enjoy the hotel food n morning breakfast.....The rate hotel very vert cheap others hotel....

  I like the design and value. Personally i like the free complimentary welcome drink, at least the concept of welcoming guest. Overall, the hotel is superb. Looking forward to stay again in the future - Service was good Good location Keith was very helpful even got brown whole meal bread for me for breakfast.
