The shuttle service to town was excellent on time and the Airport Service was fast and efficient. The view was nice over looking the river and the breakfast was worth the money ....overall Very Good.. -

Like the hotel, the room is big with 2 queen sized bed which is very good for family with young children; besides that, shuttle bus to airport is available at RM6/trip and there is a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Free wifi is working well too and the hotel even allow us to check in early at 10am when we arrived, willy appreciate that. -

The hotel is very well run, comfortable rooms and generous range of food for breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful - they booked a hire car and taxis for us, organised a tour bus to come to the hotel to pick us up, and gave us advice on day trip destinations. Other staff in the bar and cafe were also really accommodating.

All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I really wanted to experience a cooking school that is mentioned in 'Lonely Planet' and they arranged it for me. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant and did not feel out of place dining alone. The main draw for me is that this hotel is non smoking - fantastic!!

This is the best hotel ever with the best facilities and the staff from the guard, receptionist, staff, cleaner, housekeeping staff all give excellent services with their smiles faces await thier guests through out the days and nite. i will give this hotel 5 star for the excellent service rendered. thank, they made my enjoyable stay in kuching.
