    Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious et very well furnished / designed (had a Premier room and an Executive suite). Service and staff are top notch. Food at Nadaman is excellent - worth 2 Michelin stars Swimming pool and spa facilities : exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel. In a word : one of the very best hotel for a luxury city trip. - Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

    Incredible views. Very nice staff. Everyone always smiles. Courtesy van to shinjuku station which we took every day. - The location was relatively convenient -- especially since they offer shuttle service to Shinjuku station.

    We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip. The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere. We would defiantly recommend this hotel and Tokyo to - This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tok

    I've always liked the Cerulean and I have often stayed here for business. This time it was on a vacation. The staff is impeccably polite and go out of their way to assist. Everyone speaks excellent English. It's incredibly clean. It's one of the best hotels in Tokyo, IMO, especially if you spring for the executive suites. Worth the splurge. - Easy transfer from the airport by airport bus limousine. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Room size was large by Tokyo standards and the bathroom was lovely. Coucagno was also amazing, can recommend the degustation menu. Simply can't fault it.
