  It's a nice place to enjoy your trip! Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food. Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food. They have laundry service, wi-fi and "takyubin" to send baggage to our next hotel ! Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough . We don't know about food, because we didn't taste - Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station, one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku. Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

  Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. On the 27th floor upwards so no noise.   What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

  Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.   Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok.   The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help. Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is typical in all of Japan. Pay - Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.

  it was our only option since our flight got in very late and none of the trains were running. but it is very convenient if you have a very early flight - Room very clean, staff spoke some English and helpful, next door to Airport was the reason we chose this hotel.

The location is very convenient to reach any point in Tokyo (by Metro, railway, or walking). The hotel is in a quiet part of town, specially at night, but there are plenty of restaurants around if you want to walk to dinn... what people say » er. The result is very high va - Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that! Clean Hotel! Very nice staff and helpful! quiet hotel and area comparing it with alot others. near Mita subway station 2min walk. I would definitely stay here again!

  This hotel (and I've been travelling to Japan for some 30 years) is the best value in Tokyo that I have found. The rooms are fastidiously clean. Despite being on a busy Tokyo street, I had a very quiet room on the side. The bathroom was sparkingly clean with the latest in design. The shower was delightful. They have a system where you set the time you want to get up and the lights start to shine about 1/2 hour be - I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Some people may complain that the rooms were a little small but it didn't bother us at all. if you want a brilliant night sleep with friendly staff then stay here! such a gr
