  The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.... what people say » The view of the Tokyo skyline from my room on the 20th floor was also superb. - It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

  Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. On the 27th floor upwards so no noise. Easy to find if you follow signs to Yaesu side of Tokyo station (not the Marunouchi side) then to Yaesu North exit from where there ... what people say » are signs to Sapia Tower, which is the building the hotel is in. - Central location with easy transport links to the city and beyond. Large selection of cafes, shops and restaurants in the station itself and all around. Quiet room, very clean and good facilities. Staff efficient and responded to questions and tasks promptly.

  The deluxe studio was very spacious. It had everything we needed for our week in Tokyo at the end of our trip. It was a relaxing place to stay. The reception ladies were very helpful. There is a lan connection in the room, we asked if we could get Wifi in the room and this was set up while we were out that day - wifi is free. The hotel itself has dining options but there is also a McDonald's, an Excelsior cafe, a 7/11 and Lawsons convenienc - Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son. Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!
