The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English. The view of the Tokyo skyline from my room on the 20th floor was also superb.
all reviews » It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure. -200 metres to the metro station and three lines are available in this station. Close to the imperial palace and just across the street good coffee shop for breakfast. Very clean and large room for a japanese.helpfull staff. my child is 9 yeras old and you don't have to pay extra unless you use your double bed. Mr s Saido, the Guest Relations Manager, was available to help at all times & solved any problems that arose. He was always there to help when communication/English help was needed. Mr Saido is very professional & an asset to your hotel. friendly & helpful staff; close to subway/train station; clean rooms; rooms big enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. This is my usual place to stay in Tokyo! Good value for money, close to good restaurants and nice places to take a walk. Good Position near 3 subway stations. Large rooms for 3 people, good beds. No comfortable chairs in the reception area. Air-conditioning in Our room, 1723 was not working during our five day stay. very few restaurants within walking distance; slow internet. They really need a fitness centre. They wake up you also if you put the plate "don't disturb" on the door, every day, to say you that after the 4 pm they don't clean your room. Are they crazy?!?! Room could clean a little better. No coffee in the room, only tea. Dated Lifts didn't work Smelly rooms Air con turned off Over priced No international TV No bathroom extraction No wifi in room. aircondition in room - warm air??? we had to ask for electric fan cause of "off" air. breakfast - too expensive,however, more restaurant in the area but 11 am to open.
