Location is very great. The hotel is near many transportation, Keisei Line, Metro, JR so it is convenient to go to everywhere in Tokyo. We can find many restaurants around there with acceptable price and we can walk to shopping area such as Ameyoko market. The hotel is just located at the next street of Ameyoko shopping street where you could find variety of local food or products with reasonable price. I really liked the location - it's very close to the park and the subway station. Particularly coming from Narita, the access is quite convenient and they have very good instructions on how to find the hotel.
I'd say the rooms were a good value. Yes, they are small - but that's pretty standard for Tokyo or any large city. They were clean and comfortable, and had travel necessities like hair dryers, shampoo, etc. Also the laundry on the 6th floor was useful.

The hotel is located very near both the JR station and the metro lines which is great when going around. I had a difficult time finding it at first but was quick tho memorize the direction after. It is also very near ueno's main tourist destinations as well as asakusa. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are provided with new supplies of toiletries
