  We arrived in late morning so we left our bags at the reception and went out for a stroll in East Tokyo. This hotel has 3 subway stations within walking distance so moving around is convenience (although for first time Tokyo visit, train system is quite confusing but manageable). My hotel room key kept failing and a new one was issued each time with no fuss. Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Room was typically small Tokyo style room, but it was clean and comfortable. My son loved the breakfast buffet, which isn't the biggest but it's adequate to set you up for the day.
