Rooms were reasonably sized for its prize. Everything was in good
condition. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Location is good,
but I recommend you to take a cab from Shinjuku station and remember the
route. Stayed there for 8 days from 10/03 to 18/03. Loved the
place, will definitely return in two years. -

Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that!

I think this little gem within Akiba is something I wish I had known about in March , when I first came to Tokyo , I stayed at a different location , whilst also very good , the APA Akihabara has the best staff I have encountered , friendly , and above all , the most helpful I have encountered . I am returning to Tokyo in September , and would not think of another location . The staff only compliments the Hotel itself as a most enjoyable stay .
