  The personnel of Masuya Ryokan was great: very kind, serviceable, always ready to help you. The location is very good, next to important shopping areas and attractions. This Ryokan has spacious rooms designed according to the Japanese style. - The staff. They were very friendly and helpful, though I could not say a word in Japanese.

  We had a very japanise style room. Very luxurious with privated garden. The bathroom was a dream. May be the best I´ve ever been. I can highly recommend it if you want a relaxing and typical japanise experience. A true ryokan.
