Good location, close to main transport hub and on an important street, but quiet in the same time. prime location, value for money, 24hr reception service and good selection for breakfast. good location. Breakfast was always the same, little shower. However these problems were not so big. breakfast was not great, hot beverages were luke warm, bread was pre-prepared frozen and reheated. No international channels except for CNN and BBC - rest all italian channels. No minibar/refrigerator. Few valuable items were stolen in the hotel. We discovered after having left the hotel.Airconditioning did not have cooling only heating. It was hot and humid inside the room. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Italy. Staff all consistently rude. Given a room which was exceptionally cold. Owners initially refused us any help when we complained. Eventually given another room, in basement, warmer but not great. Hotel corridors were very noisy. Constant banging on doors. Way too expensive for what it was, Breakfast bad, no fruit, poor coffee.
