The immediate response of the staff to my request to reduce the heat in my bedroom.

I cannot find anything negative at all to say. Perfect location for the airport, excellent price and very good hotel.

The proximity to the airport and that it provides a shuttle service to and from the airport for no extra charge. For a one night stay great, any longer you want something closer to Milan City.

7 euro per day charge for personalized Wi-Fi. To be fair there were 3 computers in the lobby for guest access but they were not the most user- friendly, or always available.

The rooms were gorgeous. Very comfortable beds. Offers free parking.

It is very far from city centre but very close to Malpensa airport. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel is not well advertised. We missed one of them because we didn't know where to go. And we almost missed the last one of the day if we wouldn't have heard someone say the name of our hotel. You have to pay for internet which i find it ridiculous. I had an Europe trip this summer and it's the only hotel that didn't offer it.

place is okay for airport transit & stay over. its not a vacation place!

i specified double bed in booking, instead we were given twin bed.

Staff friendly, front desk staff very helpful. Didn't arrive till late and there was a restaurant open food very nice, prices good. Room comfortable, quiet. All in all a very positive experience.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, breakfast

At arrival I was told that I haven't been assigned of a room yet (didn't need to know), when I entered my room was undone, with rubbish of the desk. Went down to reception and I have been assigned of another room. There, when I had shower the drain was not working and the bathroom was flooded. Went down to reception again and they sent me the handy man to fix it. I might have been unlucky but I can not tell that it was a good experience.

Hotel extremely difficult to find - even with the address Mapquest and gps couldn't pick up. We had to drive all around the neighborhood til we found it.

We had an early flight so then this is a great place to stay, near the airport with parking facilities. There is also a shuttle service.

Big room, good restaurant. Perfect location when you need to fly very early in the morning. Very good value for money.

The rooms are very good and the bathrooms excellent. Ennio the Reception Manager was a delight. Helpful, competent and friendly. We had some problems with storage of excess luggage while we toured Italy for a week and he obligingly arranged storage at the hotel and kept them safely for us until our return..

The Idea hotel shuttle bus is problematic. It runs during restricted hours only. It picks up intermittently from Departure gate 16, so its very hard to find from the Arrival gates. My tip is to ring Ennio the Reception Manager the minute you arrive and see if the bus is running. If not its 15 Euro by taxi for the 1.5km trip. On my three visits to and from the airport I only manged to access the bus once.

for what it is it is very pleasant, indeed. A reasonably priced way to spend the night before a flight from Malpensa. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but offers everything that you could need. Pleasant staff. Efficient shuttles.

The wall should be Painted but the overall image is good. The hotel is very clean and reasonably confortable. Obviously this hotel makes sense only if you want to be close to airport.

it is not hotel's fault but it has to be considered. Tehre are no restaurant around the hotel (walkeable distance) and the hotel restaurant is only fair enough.

Perfect option to spend a night at Malpensa airport Very clean, comfortable... all you need for such stay, but no more Suttle stops next to gate 16 (terminal 1)

You have to book you morning shuttle in advance, since there could be not enough space in it for everyone who wants to leave at particular time Shuttle runs every 20-30 min Not as close to the airport as it seems to be, you can't walk there even if you don't have luggage

We booked this hotel which is very close to Malpensa airport because we had an early morning flight next day. It was fantastic value. The very reasonable price included a free shuttle service to and from the airport and an excellent buffet breakfast. It is only about 3 years old. The bedroom and bathroom were a generous size - very clean. We rang reception for an extra pillow and it arrived in about 3 minutes.

Can't think of anything negative.

We were picked up by the shuttle bus and also taken to the airport to fly out. The wake up call was very helpful. The food was very good.
