The best value of this Hotel is Staff. All of them were friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I made a call for the shuttle from airport and till the end when I leaved the Hotel and manager on duty helped me take the shuttle to the airport. I can recomend this Hotel as for short stay between flights as for Milan area visit.

  Very friendly owners that went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Healthy breakfast options as well as pastries. They offer pick and drop-off to the local station or to Milan's Malpensa airport, so it was very convenient and easy, even with early flights &luggage, and a 1 hour train ride into Milan. There is a very large double room... what people say » next to a twin room in its own private area, making it perfect for families. Although they didn't speak much English, the good intentions were there - Everything, the owners do not speak English but their friendliness and willingness to please cannot be surpassed. The property both inside and outside is first class and the array of food available for breakfast, albeit continental is excellent. We only stayed one night but would certainly stay longer and use it as a base to tour the area.

  This hotel was outstanding. It was close to the Malpenza airport, had covered garage parking at no cost and had shuttle service. The cost was reasonable, breakfast was outstanding and their recommendation to a local restaurant was great.   Although stark on the outside, the First Hotel Malpensa was very nice and modern inside. The restaurant was quite good and the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful. I was also amazed at how quiet the hotel was, considering how close we were to the airport. No outside noise filtered in at all.   I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter) because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European hotels
