I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. The restaurant is also very nice and tasty. Everything! :) The cleanliness of the room, the amenities, the modern decor, the room service was top notch, the hotel staff was also very helpful and polite. I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.

My credit card had been charged with the cost several days before I arrived.internet in room via tv screen was not very useful. no dinner service until 7pm; light meal available in the bar.Get directions to the hotel if you are not coming from the airport. If you are looking for peace and quiet it may be hard to find considering the overhead jet engines. internet charges were high and inconveniently packaged. I wasn't able to operate the computer and the selection of television wasn't very good. There were no instructions as to how to get from the airport to the hotel and we struggled with that a little. The in-room internet was convenient but the screen did not fit the TV and that was a little frustrating. It was very difficult to find the hotel. The signs from the main road on should be better. Too many Americans so lost "Italian " feel,. Bed uncomfortable. Information regarding getting the shuttle bus - there was none. When we arrived at the hotel the greeting was poor. Why does the sauna close at 9pm when the gym stays open until 11pm?!. Food at the hotel was terrible, and restaurant tried to overcharge ourgroup of 4 on 2 items, that once corrected were fixed. Lousy choices forfood in the restaurant, and room service. Terrible terrible food. The location is not what was expected, the hotel is several miles away from the terminal.
