The wait staff in the restaurant wereabsolutely top shelf, both in terms of politeness and efficency. Theroom was quiet, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had an awesomeshower and was also clean! The room was very spacious and very nice. The bed wassuper comfortable and they have a pillow service which is very nice.Every night you get chocolates in your room.   What I loved about our stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel was the warm welcome we received from the staff at reception upon our arrival. All the staff were happy and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel room was gorgeous, it was huge and it was clean with a lovely bathroom. The food was amazing too. This hotel was above five star quality.   I enjoyed my stay immensely. 1st time staying in a 5 star hotel and its a true saying that you get what you pay for. So nice to step out of hotel and be on Grafton St!! Lovely welcome back to our room after a fantastic time at Celine Dion concert to find towels changed in room and lovely choclolate on our bed not to mention our slippers waiting bes... what people say » ide the bed along with a lovely "Good Night" mat!! - We arrived at 10am from an overseas flight and they had the room ready for us--great room with great pillows and bed.   thew conceirge was very helpful looking after our bags and being attentive to us and the fact it was my wife's birthday. the comlpimentary bottle of champagne and little cake were very much appreciated. - fabulously comfortable bed, gorgeous big bathroom, excellent jazz band in the hotel's Mint Bar
