Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.

The hotel was clae and excelled on all of the above points.
Myself and my daughter had dinner in the bar and the food was lovely. The level of English for one of the staff members was quite poor but another staff memeber came to the rescue.
The home made chips were lovely as was the pizza.

The staff were excellent post checking out as my daughter left here ring on - We had a very comfortable stay and the best lifts we have ever been in, quick and silent. Also we were able to park our car for the three days that we stayed at the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent and altogether a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus.
