It was close to great shops and cinema, taxi's werealso cheap in the area, as a taxi only cost us 8 Euro from our hotel tothe guiness factory, excellent.   The hotel was clae and excelled on all of the above points. Myself and my daughter had dinner in the bar and the food was lovely. The level of English for one of the staff members was quite poor but another staff memeber came to the rescue. The home made chips were lovely as was the pizza. Breakfast was varied and very nice, I wish I had been ... what people say » up earlier to enjoy it more but we had a hospital appointment to get to. The staff were excellent post checking out as my daughter left here ring on - We had a very comfortable stay and the best lifts we have ever been in, quick and silent. Also we were able to park our car for the three days that we stayed at the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent and altogether a very pleasant stay.

  The 2 bed apartment was an amazing size and my family loved it. The service received from all the staff was excellent, even allowing us to take the room from 10am the morning of our arrival as it had not been used the night before. - we stayed in the apartment which was very comfortable and spacious

  The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I telephoned the night before our arrival, explaining that we were on a very early morning flight. I asked if we would be able to drop off our bags at the hotel. The receptionist encouraged us to come straight to the hotel and arranged an early check-in on arrival. Similarly when we left they let us... what people say » check out late at 2.00pm. Very centrally located. - The Best Western was very close to O'Connell Street which is the main street in Dublin. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus. They also have two guest computers that you can you use for free 24 hours a day. They were sometimes busy, but there was always a chance to use them.

  8 of us enjoyed our stay on 31st Jan at the Gresham. We arrived at the hotel at 8.30 a.m. and were able to book in and go to our rooms.   The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed. Very friendly. - I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to where i needed to go. I would stay there again and recomeded to others.

  The hotel is very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the staff are polite. The bathroom was a bit small but that wasn't really a problem, the shower was lovely and hot and clean towels were provided each day. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was very filling. Eggs cooked just the way I like them!! Very tasty sausage and bac... what people say » on. - Convenient to the city. We could walk everywhere, and the hotel itself was quiet. The owners/managers were helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after we had vacvated our room.
