The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed. Also the plug points didn't work at all in our room on arrival, when we asked at reception they came straight to look at the problem without hesitation and fix it within a few minutes. Very friendly. all reviews »
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to where i needed to go. I would stay there again and recomeded to others.

My room was in desperate need of some TLC, cracked sink, need painting etc.
The breakfast was very disappointing, overpriced and underwhelming.
The room was not very clean and I think it is a little bit strange that you have to book a breakfast extra (it is B&B!). Continental breakfast costs 6 EUR, Full Irish - 9 EUR. In my opinion the price was too high (we paid 110 EUR in advance (so no modifications possible)). If I knew that breakfast has to be booked extra I wouldn't choose this B&B. There are nicer places to stay.
Was really expensive for facilities. 72 steps to get up to room. Tiny, unserviced room.

if I hadn't brought shampoo or a hair dryer we were charged for them...even an iron...
Shelves were loose, the kettle had to be taken to a plug away from the
shelf. Showers were too small and unclean. Breakfast was a big
disappointment, 9euros each for a slice of bacon, a piece of white
pudding, two sausage and an egg.
For the money charged I expected a bit more than we got. The rooms look nothing like the online photos. I certainly would not go again.
Location in more dangerous part of city. But more important was the
conditions. Our bathroom bad Black mold all over and smelled throughout
the room. Had to sleep with the window open and hallway door ajar for
ventilation. Health/breathing troubles started in the middle of the
night for my son and myself. We had to leave the guesthouse early the
next day. Cutting short our Dublin stay.
Booked 3 Beds Room for 140 Euro via letsbookhotel.com, Charged 200 Euro at b
and b for same 3 beds room telling that I am accompanied by 1 more adult
and 2 minor child. I mean booking is made for 3 beds room is for family
not for a single person.
Over priced, room smelt like sewage, they charged me twice, got angry cause I wouldn't eat their breakfast, staff was very rude.
The room felt unsafe as it was on a slant with many soft spots. It was on the top floor and prayed nothing happened through the night as it felt like a death trap. I was overcharged for the room as well. Terrible.
A tremendous disappointment.
Dirty, decrepit and disgusting smells from the waste pipes. Rooms not big enough to swing a cat and bathrooms tiny. The first room had a sink in the bedroom but NOT in the bathroom.WiFi access €10!!! in 2013.

Security deposits may also be used by the management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment when the guests check-out. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, depending on the bank. Any guests not adhering to House Rules will be evicted without refund.
