  We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids. W... what people say » e will def be back soon. - Well lit car park, (felt very safe returning late) Staff on reception duty morning/evening were very attentive to our requests. Waiters served dinner/wine/dessert/coffee with great professionalism, very pleasant, they are a great asset to any hotel. No need to look up other hotels for further visits to Galway city. Food was excellent.

  Absolutely everything! I am a travel agent in Ireland, so I know what to expect and was not expecting a lot from a hostel. However, the reviews looked good and price was great. I was so impressed by the staff, the provision of towels, the location and most of all by the apartment that we stayed in. Had great location and they even let us check out... what people say » late as they didn't have a booking the next day. - All the staff is very kind and efficient. In Sleepzone, they can show you what to do in the city, recommend restaurants and pubs and sell you guided tours to other places nearby Galway. Besides, the common areas are very clean and organized, specially the kitchen. A very simple breakfast (bread, jam and juice/coffee) is included, but it was more than enough for us.

  Theresa was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and warm. The breakfast was lovely. Theresa cooked an early breakfast on our last day, we had an early start to meet Dublin flights. Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day. Despite the weather being cold the room was kept at a lovely temperature. Sharon, the lady of the house, was very pleasant to us and helped us out with any requests. Friends of ours that stayed

  I found every member of staff that we came in contact with to be very helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and the whole atmosphere was very pleasant.   This was the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. I will highly recommend it to others and will stay there again if I am in Galway. - staff were always really helpful and friendly, it was also a 2min walk from eyre square, the shops and the bus station and was really cheap

  Galway as a family holiday was excellent although the sunny weather definitely made it. We had our car so great beaches such as Salthill, Barna and Spieddel was only 10 - 15 min drive away. Some excellent restaurants at these locations too. The apartments were 25 mins walk from city centre, not 15. Lots of activities nearby which would have been good it if had of been raining such as cinema and - The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Being able to eat in the hotel bar restaurant at a discount price was good value - the menu choice was good and the food tasty. The apartments were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces. Overall a very good experience.

  Staff were excellent - couldn't fault any of them - we needed assistance moving our luggage when leaving, they couldn't have been more helpful - also very friendly towards our 9 month old daughter - Staff are worth an extra star alone for this hotel. Food was good and in line with expectations for a 3 star hotel. Daily specials interesting and goo... what people say » d value for money. WiFi was patchy to begin with but once connected was excellent. Shopping centre close by also handy. - I was immediately taken with the good humoured friendliness of the staff. They were accommodating and helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and fresh, private (free & safe) parking is on site, and the location is perfect.. the city centre is within walking distance,, and only minutes away by taxi. As regular visitors to Galway, this could well be our 'new' home away from home. We'll definitely be back.

  The two-bedroomed suite was really huge and very well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable, and all furniture was new and clean. Each bedroom had a tv, and there was a third in the lounge area - great for kids. The food in the hotel bar was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is not really walking distance to the city cent... what people say » re, but with a car it's only a few minutes drive. - Our one bedroomed suite gave us much appreciated space and privacy, while still having the full use of the hotel facilities. Leisure centre was close at hand and facilities were excellent.
