The personal butler was something I wasn't sure about initially but they took care of the details for dinner reservations, sightseeing tours and had good recommendations for everything in the area which was great. Thank you Dewa and Sato! They made our stay in Seminyak even better than expected.

This property is absolutely wonderful with very large villas, full of luxury. We stayed in Villa 101 (sea side). All the villas are private - What I liked? Everything! We stayed at the beach villa, everything was perfect. I could not imagine anything better if you want a private villa. We had everything inside we needed inside the villa, big tv, movie media player with internal hdd and lots of mkv movies :), air conditioning was not noisy, the outside bali shower is genius. The butler brings you anything you need even if its not standard... I want to mention that me and my wife are quite picky and we actually looked for flaws. There

The only other concern we had was the slippery pool - Only stayed one night and one day but was accessible to boutique shopping and restaurants and short walk to beach. Layout of villa was good and having breakfast cooked in villa was different. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

  The room we got was incredible - very modern and stylish with a great private pool. The hotel staff were amazingly friendly. The breakfasts were the best we had on this trip to Bali (made better by the music and dancing provided every morning). The location was great - just a short walk through the 'cut through' and you were on the main street. I think this place provided superb value fo - It was situated in a good spot. We were close to the hustle and bustle, but felt we were in our own private Oasis. We did have a private villa and pool, and are happy that we didnt stay in the lagoon Villas as it was very noisy and busy at that end of the resort. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this one tops all so far. It is right on the beach and has many good facilities. I totally recommend the Spa in this resort, cheaper compared to other boutique ones, very clean and professional. We had a 2.5 hr massage for like 30Aud. The bar is awsome, right in the pool and perfect view to the sunset. Definitely visiting Balisani again.

Felt like we were leaving family when we checked out. - Loved the size of the villa and the fact that the living area could be closed up and airconditioned or opened up with large sliding windows to the outside.   The location was amazing, you can step outside the hotel and onto the beach to either swim or enjoy the many warungs on the beach. In the afternoon you can either swim in the pool or grab a deck chair and watch the magical sunsets. The rooms are big and the ground floor unit was convenient for just walking straight down to the beach. The beds and pillows are and good working air conditioning unit. - This is one of the few hotels next to the beach that still have some of the "old" Bali style. I mean if you rather want a new built hotel with no charm concrete and no garden this is not the place. This hotel still has a big beautiful tree and a lovely garden with alot of space.The pool is beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away. We are coming back next year and hoping this hotel will keep that Bali feeling and not change.
